I currently work in a nursery, love the children and staff in my room, but dislike management, very bitchy and just do not want there anymore, in the past 12 months we've had 17 new staff members because say many staff are leaving. Ive applied for a new job for a different nursery and have been offered a interview. Really excited about it has its literally at the bottom of my street so will be ideal with school/nursery runs. Problem is, if they ask why im leaving my old job I don't want to give the real reason has want to remain professional but then if i say its close to home is that ok to say? What reasons have you given for leaving past jobs to go work in the same sector?
