Anybody else struggling to fit back into a role after being a stay-at-home mum for several years? How do I convince a future employer that I am not "over-the-hill" and do have a lot to offer? I have kept myself very active, and incredibly busy both with school and volunteering etc., but I now feel its time I did something more for myself as my kids are older. Do I just accept that I will never be able to keep up with the "young ones" again as times have changed or do I just persevere and hope someone gives me a chance? Any advice gratefully received as I don't know if my CV makes good reading nowadays!
