Passive aggressive co-workers

The ones that say hi to everyone else but not you, the one who ignores you at the coffee machine, the one who is loud, fake laughs/flirts with the men, overpowers the room, the one who has a problem with the minor things and likes the sound of their own voice....the list goes on......any tips for surviving the workplace with this?

Ignore ignore ignore. Walk around or leave the room when they start showing off. Dont discuss their behaviour or gossip about them, have an image in your head of them being a complete twat. Dont feed their insecurity by reacting, theres always a drama queen in every office.

Always one and yep, ignore. People will suss them out themselves what they are like and make their own judgements and also be grateful you aren’t their manager

Dont forget the Tiara for a Secret Santa pressie, that or a pink painted smiling wooden spoon with all the sparkly frills!

Agree, do not give them the oxygen of attention. It's Mean Girl behaviour, it belongs in school. Pity them for not having moved on.

What do you do when you have to work all week next to such a passive aggressive person in the same office? You can't just walk away!

You learn to ignore it and give 100% to your job. I've made friendships in other teams/offices.
