Setting up a cleaning business

Myself and my friend have been discussing setting up a cleaning business, targeting landlords/lettings agents/Airbnb etc. We are both working full time and are quite keen to get this up and running but with families and children, the thought of giving up our jobs is quite nerve wracking.
Does anyone have any experience of setting up this kind of business and would be happy to give us any advice with regards to starting?

Round my area the market is quite saturated for cleaners.

I wouldn’t give up a full time job for cleaning business.
