I have just finished a RtP course just waiting for essay to be marked. The trust who sponsored the course didn't tie it in with a job offer. Once my essay is marked I will go back on the professional register in the new year. Does anyone know if I can start to apply for jobs before I get the go ahead from the NMC,obviously I can't work as a staff nurse until I have my pin but would employers be prepared to wait?
