Advice on clause in contract

Hello

I was wondering if there was any solicitors specialising in employment or HR specialists who could advise on something in my contract?

It’s very specific and outing so I don’t want to post it publicly. I did seek advice earlier in the year via a free 30 minute consultation but didn’t get a clear response. I will pay a solicitor to dispute it formally if there is the possibility it’s not legal but I don’t have money to waste if it is fairly cut and dry.

We don’t have legal cover on our home insurance and ACAS weren’t able to advise.

I hope somebody is able to have a quick look and say yes worth paying a solicitor or no, that looks fine you have to comply with it.

My husband is an employment lawyer and is happy to have a quick look if you want to private message me.

@orangesugarsheep I’m not sure if you are still able to help - I sent a PM but understand if your DH feels it is too complicated to go into - or if anyone else is willing to take a look. Thank you!
