I work in a private company. There is the owner, manager, me the deputy manager, and 50 staff the 3 of is manage. The owner and manager started a relationship recently and effectively moved in together. Ever since then they do the bare minimum. Maybe 3 hours out of a 9 hour day or dont come in at all. This is basically leaving me to run the ship. Im good at my job and can manage in the short term but I really thought that once the romance was a few months in that they would get their act together. No such luck. No explanation to me as to why the constant absences. They are both grand to me otherwise but honestly how do I approach this without souring the friendly relationship that I have with both. Im beginning to feel like a mug.
