Hi all,
I'm starting mat leave in a few weeks (yay!) and have enquired with HR about accrued leave during my mat leave and they informed I will have accrued 35 days of accrued leave if I finish my mat leave at my suggested date.
The question I'm afraid to ask HR (cause it sounds so daft) is, are those 35 working days and will I be able to stay home for another 7 weeks on full pay or are these 35 days and will I only have 5 weeks?
