if someone is employed on 2 jobs and is not well due to an injury. 1 company offers lighter duties but the other cant. should the person still be paid ssp on the job that cannot offer lighter duties?

If you meet the criteria for SSP in that employment, then yes.

and what if occupational sick pay applies to either of tje jobs

If you’re eligible, then yes.
