Why don't they make sense?!

I am just going through looking at job descriptions and I just feel that they are never straight forward and always sound like riddles.

Maybe it's just me and it means I'm not suitable for the role? Or maybe I am but because of the way it's worded I don't think I am?

I can get so down reading them and they make me feel quite inadequate.

I'm not the only one to feel this way surely? 😞

It's not just you! I've read some utterly incomprehensible Job descriptions recently. I now have a general principle that if they can't articulate their needs clearly, I don't want to work for them.

Some of the job titles too. One I saw last year was "Senior Problem Manager". JD didn't shed any light on what the role actually was either!
