How much notice to give?

Just wondering if anyone can help me. The notice full time members of staff give in work is 2 months. I only work school term time so am paid pro Rata. However, I want to find another job and I’m not sure how much notice I would need to give? The same or does the notice come down because I work fewer weeks of the year? I’m not guessing it’s 6 weeks but this is a guess. I can’t find a calculator on any search engine so hopefully someone can help?

I work pt in a school and my notice is 2 months, I would be surprised if it was pro rata.

It will be the same as full time staff and as others said will be in your contract.

In our school support staff have to give one months notice.
