I’ve been an Exec assistant for over 7 years now and I’m considered ‘senior’ in terms of experience. However, I moved jobs in June and I’m finding that, although I’m enjoying the new role, I cannot stop thinking about going freelance and starting my own business. Feel itchy to do it!
I know that I could earn more this way eventually and I’ve taken a slight salary hit since leaving London.
Anyone out there made the leap or thinking of doing the same? Love to hear experiences/any advice!
