I'm just about to apply for a CS job. They reference that they use success profile method of assessment. I've read the guidance but not sure I'm any further on.
I need to complete the form within a couple of days. The questions are things like 'what are you most looking forward to about this role?' Do I just answer this demonstrating my skills, experience or is there more to it?
