What more can I do?

Recently completed my degree with a first-class. Am about to start a masters. I have apply for a few volunteering roles related to the area I want to go in but what else can I do to make myself more employable?

Are there any charities that operate in the area.

Volunteering is one thing but actually contacting Charities and offering to do a piece of work that they hadn't considered could be valuable.

Maybe a piece of research or a PR report/exercise. Something they can use to raise awareness or obtain funding.
