Pro rata annual leave

I think HR has made a mistake calculating my annual leave. I work 4 days a week, full time would get 20 days plus 9 bank holidays. Can anyone work out what my leave should be?

Is that 4 full days, so 0.8 wte?

If so you should get 29 x 0.8 which is 23.2 days. (Are you in Scotland?)

Thank you Spam88. It’s 4 full days and it was calculated at 21.5, so it seems I’m nearly 2 days worse off. Scotland based yes.

Do you work Monday to Thursday? Or are you on odd days?

The specific days the OP is on make no difference to the calculation. The calculation by Spam88 is correct - the OP should get 23.2 days including any bank holidays that fall on her normal working days.
