Help!! I am really struggling with the new Civiil Service Success Profiles "Leadership" it's for an AO position level transfer and trying to give an example when not an actual leader! I have looked at it over and over using the dictionary etc and I'm officially stuck!, Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
