After my hols I'll be taking on a new role heading up a team. They are a real mixed bag, perm, contractor, career people, worker bees - they aren't working as a team yet and need to gel. They are a decent bunch on the whole and I want them to enjoy coming to work and be in this team. Any ideas on how I can achieve this ?
