I've got an interview next week with the Border Force. Previous CS interviews I have attended have been based on the competency framework but this one is blended, combining strength and behavioural questions. Has anyone got any experience of this? It's at AO level. TIA Smile

The behaviours part is basically like competency so you'll need to give an example for each. They will ask you follow up questions.

Strengths is quick fire questions you're asked to give your natural reaction. Things like "would you say you're an organised person?" So you don't give examples , just your natural reaction. You can't really prepare for them. My top tip for answering these is to make sure you talk in terms of "I do these things to keep organised at work...," never get into theoreticals eg "well, you have to be organised, don't you..."
