Furious at lack of opportunities for women where it counts

I'm going back to work after long absence from work, caring and poor health. I am furious at the lack of women in places that count. I feel like a whole generation got left out especially BAME women.

Looking at the Brexit issue has revealed for me the huge racial bias I have been fighting all my life. A life of #MeTOo #BME #Child Abuse and lack of support from teachers and parents means society has not benefitted from my skills. Come to think of it, nor have I. Hearing that under less than 3% of small business gets funded from banks and government initiatives leaves me speechless. Corporates seem terrible for giving women good chances in life and work/life balance.
Looking at Parliament they seem so out of touch with reality. I want local services that support people to get on in life when the odds are stacked against them.

Any other women feeling the same way? I look at employers and despair. Education routes are limited. The increase in degree prices from £3k to £9k a year are draconian and utterly uhnfair with heads of Uni's on such high salaries; I 'm agahast . Any other women feeling the same way.
