Feeling Guilty

I'm Going back to Work full time after having 3 years off raising my children, due to medical issues early on with my DS.
He's healthy now & starting Pt in nursery in September. My eldest is 10.
I've managed to bag a Role I've Always wanted to do. I saw it advertised not expecting to hear back, got through 2 interviews and had an offer!
I'm really excited about the role , but the Mum guilt is outweighing it.
I'm going to have to put my Youngest into childcare 7:30, whilst they take him to school then my parents will pick them up after school. I've always done it all, I'm not used to relying on others & love being around the Kids for Activities, school drop offs etc.
My husband works Full time too, 6 days a week (car sales)
My new Job is around 35mins away, and will be 12 hour shifts 2 days x 2 nights.
Any tips on how you all coped?
I'm hoping that due to the way the shifts fall, I'm only technically away for 2 full days during my day shifts.
I think due to his medical Issues as a Baby I'm really overprotective, so I don't really let them stay with anyone else.
I'm being silly aren't I, I understand people do this Daily and have done forever,
Hopefully it'll get better when I actually start the role.
I've always worked PT school hours, so really not used to this Sad
