I am currently 7 months in to maternity leave with my first child (intend on taking the full year as it is available!). I have a meeting at work on Friday and need some advice.
The main reason for the meeting is that my post has been transferred to a different team as part of a wider restructure, so I will be meeting my new manager (head of dept) and the other members of the team. The job description will be changing as well (not actually received a copy yet) although I understand it will be very similar to what I was doing before.
So, what do I need to do to prepare? What questions should I ask? At what point do I bring up that I am thinking of requesting part time working when I return??
Really nervous!
