Sahm to full time

Anyone gone from stay at home mum to full time employment? Did you see your child's development improve or not? I want to work full time but my kids come first. Thank you

I was a sahm for 18m, I now currently work ft with my DC attending the nursery I work in (DC in different room to me)
Although I work full time and have weekend off and a day in the week off too, I notice DC is trying to talk more. I mean I've only been in this job for just over a month so it is early days
