I've just applied and have applied for similar roles in this field
I've had 2 interviews so far and didn't get them due to having no experience
Any idea or tips for interview if I do get this role ?
It's supporting young adults that are leaving care
I'm from a sales finance and customer service background
I've done care work in the past and as I say I am getting interviews but as I have no experience I'm looking into home study courses
Anyone that does this role that can offer some advice ?
