So from the off my manager has been difficult. Snappy, rude, nit picking, saying things are wrong when they aren't. I have been employed for longer than 2 years.
I spoke to their manager about my concerns and they were pretty dismissive tbh. The phrase we wouldn't want you to leave over it was used and they think they know exactly what this person is like.
They advised l spoke to them myself, which l did, was fine for a while but back to normal and it feels worse than ever.
Is there any point in raising it again?. I am considering raising the latest issue with them direct, although l suspect they will be snippy at the first opportunity because that's how they are. I'm so annoyed because the job is perfect in every other way.
So shall l say something to higher up manager, speak to them direct, or cut my losses and get another job?
