Trac jobs

I applied for an NHS job through trac jobs. Interviewed on Monday and got offered the post the next day. I was told to look out for an email from trac to confirm the offer and to start doing all the necessary checks.

I have yet to hear anything from trac.

Does anyone have any experience of them in this context? Should I be chasing them?

Thanks in advance!

Trac is notoriously useless, it'll take forever to get the offer.
Maybe just drop the interviewer a courtesy email keeping them informed.

Ah, ok. Thanks, will do that then.

Do you think it would make any difference if I were to chase trac directly?

No, the recruiting manager will need to.
Congratulations by the way!

Emails from Trac often go to junk/spam folders.

countrylifeornot thanks Grin had been applying for loads but hadn't even got a whiff of an interview before this so pretty pleased with myself!

RaeCJ82 have been obsessively checking emails including spam since I had the call that I had been offered the post!

Will make sure to get in touch with the manager on Monday.
