Hi Mumsnetters

I work for a consulting firm and we are thinking of setting up an 'evening shift' for working parents. We hire lots of accountants and tax specialists and we thought that offering working parents the opportunity to work in their chosen profession, but at hours that might enable them to better balance childcare and family responsibilities might be attractive.

The pay and benefits would be exactly the same as for the usual 9-5 employees and there would be the opportunity for studiers to continue or recommence sponsored study towards AAT, ACCA,CIMA or ATA.

There would be the opportunity to return to a traditional working arrangement at any time.

What do you guys think?

Would this be remote working or from offices ?
