What would you do?

I've been a stay at home mum for 6 months. I want to return to work part time.

My ideal job has come up with potential integrated professional training.

It's the potential I'm worried about though - the risk involved in them not providing the training. The only reason I would work full time is if they would offer the training for sure. It would be worth it long term then.

What should I do? I have twins.

I am willing to sacrifice days off for the potential to train is what I mean.

I would go for it and when they offer an interview then have a frank discussion about the likelihood of training being offered.

Yeah you're right.
