Request for part time work - primary teacher

Hi I'm applying to return to work on a part time basis and I'm having to write a response to this question, see below. I'm really struggling so any help would be appreciated.

Question is
Explain what, if any I think the proposed change would have on the organisation and how in my opinion this might be dealt with. This includes the effect on colleagues, customers and service provision."

I would write in something about communication with your jobshare partner, and I would also include something about the advantage of teacher coming in full of energy part way through the week, when staff are usually flagging, and about how the class would benefit from the specialist skills and enthusiasms of two different individuals, as, after all, we all have things we are good at and some we don't like doing, or don't feel comfortable doing - be that music, art, PE, MFL, drama, or whatever.

That's good thankyou. Do you think I should mention that I plan to have more children so a second teacher would give continuity when I go off again and my mat leave would also cost them less if I was part time. I know budget is a big issue at my school at the minute.

Absolutely DO NOT mention your plans for another child!

Haha ok it was only a thought as it's no secret that I do. I had lots of problems trying to have this one so its come up in staffroom conversation that I'd like 2!
