Does anyone have any experience in increasing their part time hours?
On returning from ML I moved from FT to PT and I currently work 30hrs/wk over 4 days for a Local Authority.
My LO starts school after the Summer and I'd like to increase my hours to 32 over 5 days.
Changing my working pattern has been oked by my Line Manager but I've yet to ask to increase my hours.
Any success stories?
