Hi there. Returning to work from mat leave in July and been contacting my manager about my leave entitlements .
I was full time but I'm going back 4 days a week on my return.
He said I have 14.5 days accrued leave from my mat leave. I also have 8.5 days from when I return until the end of the year (our year runs dec-jan)
He also said I have accrued 7 bank holidays since being off.
Sorry if I sound really daft, but am I right in thinking that I then have 30 days of leave to take until the end of this year? Do the accrued bank holidays mean days off? Thanks
