@daisychain1 yes, I know the difference. I tend to agree with your point but just wonders if I was being over cautious and needed to push myself more.

I'm filling in another CS application and I haven't got a good example of on elf the behaviours (there are four in total).

What do I do? Leave it blank? Put in a not very good example?

Can you think of something from outside of work? Voluntary? Home/family life?
