My baby is 7 months old and I'm thinking about getting a part time job as my maternity has now finished and I'm not going back to my old full time job.
We've applied for universal credit (haven't received it yet starts next month). My partner works full time. I was wondering can you work whilst on UC? It used to be you could work up to 16 hours (I think?). Just wondering what my options are really as a part time wage wouldn't cover our expenses so would be pointless, but I somehow have this feeling of guilt that I should be out working to earn for our baby. If anyone could shine some light that would be great thanks :)
