I have been told 3 times by a male colleague that he finds me very attractive
And I said thanks the first time, the other 2 I said nothing in response.
He told me in conversation to not talk to or
Listen to other workers.
Someone told me in confidence he "talks about me but won't say what, just to stay away from him and he's followed me as I walk about my work
This went over several weeks so I took it all in and told supervisor who claims to be told
No such comments happend he told her.
I have worked there long enough to be known to be honest and not stir.
I avoid him and he avoids eye contact since this has come out.
I suppose it depends on the person but I find it's ruined my confidence in my workplace and hard to get past it
What do you do? Another jobs scarce and he's 6 mths into his and playing at what?!

I think if he's avoiding interaction, there's not a lot you can do. However, he might just be biding his time till he speaks up again. If he does, I would be very clear that I am not interested and that if he continues, I would be making a harassment complaint.

I would also speak to the other colleague, so of he starts following you around again, you have warning.

As for your confidence, can you talk to your supervisor again, to say nothing more has happened but you'really worried about how it's affected your confidence and you want to rebuild it. A lot may depend on your relationship there - I have had managers where I could easily have had this conversation, and others where we would never have talked about that sort of thing.
