Aptitude Tests - Help!

I have an interview coming up for an apprenticeship and have been advised that I will sit an English, maths and ICT apt it ude test. I am terrified. I haven't done a maths class for 13 years! What should I expect? I've been on a few gcse revision sites but the practise tests haven't gone well and I'm really worried this is going to mess up this opportunity

Any advice on what to revise specifically?

I’m just near completing my level 3 apprenticeship. I remember taking online assessments at the beginning they just give an idea of where you are. I had to sit level two functional skills exams in ICT maths and English. I did loads of revision and practice papers and passed them all.
