Bit spendy, but can you afford to visit a podiatrist?
I have 'orthotics' which turned out to mean fancy insoles for my shoes, now and they've made a big difference.
My guy recommended, so I got, half-length ones as they are more likely to fit into a variety of shoe styles.
Take a bit of getting used to, but no worse than new shoes.

Buy some orthopaedic shoe inserts. Stretch your calves as much as possible.
