I've been working for a county council on.a fixed term contract for two years. My maternity leave is due to end three months before the end of contract so I could get the enhanced maternity pay with my DH then taking the three months that I'm back at work as shared parental leave.
I've just been offered a new job much closer to home and I realise I need to pay back the enhanced maternity pay but what will happen with my DH's SPL pay? What are the rules?
