do i tell them i'm on maternity leave?

I have a interview for a new job next week but i am currently on maternity leave from my current employer. Should i tell them this in interview? Its in public services rather if that's relevant!

Not relevant at all to your ability to do the job, no need to tell them unless you have a lot of leave left and you would not be able to start the job within a normal timeframe.

Don't mention your children at all during an interview, don't give anyone a chance to discriminate against you.

Thanks ongoldenpond that was my thoughts too. I do have a lot of annual leave but I was planning on returning to work earlier than planned if I get offered the job so my current employer would just pay me any leave I’m owed
