Anyone done a returners programme?

I am looking at the Returner programmes available in the financial sector. I have applied to one and have a telephone interview coming up. Please does anyone have any experience or tips they can share? Thanks!

I tried for two programs but didn't get either. Worked out the best thi g in the e d for me but I badly wanted it then. Very few jobs or placements and a lot of women competing. One bank I think I saw about 6 people. Good luck
