Hello, after some advice please! I’m 21 weeks & about to accept a move within my current company after a job offer has come my way. It would start from July. I haven’t told work I’m pregnant yet. Do I tell them when I accept the job Over the next few days or wait until 25 weeks? I’m so anxious about telling them that I could potentially only be in the roll 10 weeks because of my situation. They can’t retract it can then? This has all come about because I’m on a TUPE list to transfer to another company but they have been misleading and unfair in terms of where ill be based and totally not reasonable. So my current company have offered me a job as they don’t want to lose me.

They can't retract it because you are pregnant, no. You'll just take maternity leave and then come back to it (or not) same as anyone else, the fact it's a new role because of a TUPE situation changes nothing.

As long as you've had it in writing you're fine, tell them as soon as you like.
