Does anyone here run courses as a MHFA instructor?
I'm trying to get a sense of whether it's worth me doing this course and becoming qualified as a MHFA instructor. I've been working as an freelance associate trainer for a national organisation providing mental health training for years and am considering diversifying my work.
I've got an understanding of the course etc, but I don't quite see how I could go about actually running it. Do people work as affiliates/associates? If so, who with and how much work is available and would you mind sharing roughly how much you get paid to deliver a course?
Sorry to be so blunt, but I can't find this information anywhere!
