I am wanting to go back to work for 37.5 hrs a week and have a 4 year old little boy who attends nursery 5 mornings a week free. The afternoons will have to be paid for!! This is only for 12 weeks as soon he will be in full time school. I am a single mum who has just got a job at 18000 and would like to know if there is any help for lone parents with childcare costs and what happens with child tax credit and working tax credit? Can I get any help with these being a single mum or is my wage too high?? Thanks
