I'm just a bit unsure of where I stand.
I work in care/support work. I've always done lots of hours even though I'm only contracted to 35. I'm now 7 months pregnant so have reduced my hours to 45 a week at the most.
Last week I did 41 hours, this week i was only allocated 32 which is 3 below my contract. I asked my manager about this and she said its okay because I did 41 last week, is this correct?
My contract is 35 hours a week not 140 a month?

Unless your contract says something about an average of 35 hours a week, then as long as you are willing and available to work 35 hours, that's what you should be paid for, whether they allocate those hours to you or not.
