Bank holidays during maternity

I'm currently on mat leave. I get 20 days plus 8 bank hols. I have 20 days booked at end of my mat leave. Am I right in thinking I should of been paid for the 8 bank hols? Also I'm going back part time working a monday Tue and fri and had all my bank hols taken out my allowance. Should these not be pro rata? Any adive would be great!!!

I was reading out mat policy earlier and it says you will be paid for bank holidays at the end of the mat leave, may be the same for you

Yes, you should be paid for or given bank holidays in lieu for while you're on mat leave.

Because you work part time now, you should still be entitled to a pro-rata amount of holidays.
