New job

Any support or advice would be appreciated!

A few weeks into new role and so far it's ok - getting along with the team etc. I had my reservations before starting however my previous job paid a lot less basically the head lines were:

Old job -
Closer to home
Free parking
Convenient
Enjoyed the company

New job -
More money
Have to pay for parking
Longer commute
Better opportunities
Paying for my qualification

So as you can see both had pros and cons however as they offered to pay for my qualification I kinda thought I'd be stupid not too despite the other negatives. Anyways as I say I'm a few weeks in and the parking is a big issue - I'm parking in really unsafe places etc and I'm already a very nervous person. Around 40% of my time is supporting somebody else in their role who gets paid a lot more than me and it's 'as and when required' which I struggle with because there's no set limitations. Anyways I have a 1:1 soon with my manager and I'm not sure whether to say anything atm? I want to see if she'd let me work from home however I am worried the answer will be no as nobody else seems too.

Would you wait it out or say something now?
