Long time lurker first time poster so not sure if this is the right place, sorry.
If HR advise your boss to make an occy health referral, and you and they agree but then they don't actually make the referral til months later, are occy health likely to take this into account when you do meet them?
The original reason for HR suggesting the referral hasn't gone away, but I have struggled into work most days since anyway, partly because I kept getting told it was in the process of being sorted and I'm not the type to get signed off unless absolutely essential.
Just wondering how that conversation is likely to pan out, because I've been at work for all that time am I likely to be humoured then told to just crack on? It's mental health related rather than something physical.
