My role is advertised as a new position at a higher tier (.org change) . The JD spec is basically everything I do in my role at the moment (but possibly not the exact JD of the job I took at the time). Has any of you been in this situation? Could I question HR re this, what can I do about it? Do I need to prove that I tick every box of the job spec - and does it even count for anything...?
