NHS Band 7 Interview

HELP!! This is not going to be patient facing..more an Education type role. There will be an unseen 10 min presentation. It'll be based around a Policy document....any ideas the sorts of things they'll ask? Any basic interview skills advice?? Thanks.

Things I'd be prepared for are:
Your plan for your first 12 months in role.
How you prepared?
What surprised you during preparation?
Speak to the band 6s that you'll be in charge of & ask them what they'd expect from you as a band 7.
Ask other band 7s in similar roles what they'd expect from you.
Ask clinicians you'll be working with as the band 7 what they expect from you.
Speak to the band 8 above you and find out what they expect from you.
Schwartz rounds, duty of candour.
This isn't for a education role though more for a clinical band 7 so not sure how much help it'll be 🤷‍♀️
