AIBU to be really really annoyed at this, even though nothing can be done.
I was recently at an assessment day, we were given a workshop and one side was one team and the other side the other team.
We had to debate and come to an agreement. Basically showing negotation.
The managers of the firm were walking around and listening in, and writing names down with people who were impressive.
The manager came and I was just about to make a really good point that needed to be kept until that time of negotiation. I opened my mouth and started, he cut me across and said time out for 30 seconds, and then proceeded to say my bloody point!!!
This is so annoying as this was my only time to impress and he stole it
