CV format

Hi can anyone help?
I am looking to apply for a home based job on a freelance basis. They ask for a CV. I haven't applied for a job for 19 years and don't know what the format should be as things have moved on so much! I did recruitment in my last role but always with application forms. I finished my last job 2 years ago. So I need to know what to say about the gap (I have been a SAHM after moving to another country).
The job is a home based English teacher, I have the relevant qualifications (TEFL and a degree) and they seem to have many positions available so I think I have a good chance.
Would be really grateful for any advice.

I am also in this position. Does anyone have any good examples online, or have found good articles?

I don't want to pay someone to help; I want to learn how best to present it myself.
