Finally received a copy of the disciplinary notes in the post and when reading them, I’ve noticed that lots of little important things that were said are not in the notes and the meeting reads slightly different to what actually happened.
The meeting was adjourned as there is no much to go through. The notes were signed, but after 6 and a half hours and 29 pages of notes to go through, when they were read, the omissions were not noticed.
Is there anything that can be done? Contact them now or wait for next week when we reconvene? The company are definitely looking to dismiss someone that came over to them on a TUPE with higher salary and benefits package that this company do not offer.
Any advice would be appreciated.
